Freedom will be constructed out of Stainless steel and is shaped similar to 3 sails to blend with the background sail boats of the Coronado Yacht Club. The stainless steel will be etched and could be left natural to weather or may be finished with an exterior clear or colored lacquer. Freedom is also designed to pivot to face into the wind similar to a weather vane. The sail portion of the sculpture is approximately 9 feet wide and 10 feet tall. The base design is anticipated that the pole would be approximately 8 feet tall.

As an alternate Urban Tree this piece was commissioned by the city of Coronado, California to be displayed along the Glorietta Bay Promenade.
