Azure by Jon Koehler is a sculptural exploration of balance, movement, and tranquility. Part of the Zen Series, the composition brings together four stainless steel Burgeon pillows in a fluid, ascending arrangement, each form appearing to rest effortlessly upon the next.

Made of mirror-polished stainless steel, the softly inflated surfaces capture and reshape light, movement, and the surrounding environment. The interplay between the substantial lower forms and the smaller pillows above creates a sense of upward motion and delicate equilibrium, giving solid steel an unexpected weightlessness.
